Inspection of Automatic intelligent soldering machine after holidays

  1. Cable: The power, ground, and static wires are connected well.
  2. Emergency stop switch: Confirm that the emergency stop switch is in the ON position.
    3.No foreign objects on the surface and machine.
    4.The temperature control switch and soldering iron switch are off.
  3. Air source: The air pipe is connected and the air pressure is normal.
  4. Tin-feeding gear: regular cleaning of wire-feeding gear to ensure that there is no residual tin slag in the gear.
  5. Tin feeder: Check whether the wire feeding adjustment mechanism is loose. If it is loose, please tighten the related screws (for example: lock nut, set screw, etc.)
  6. Electric soldering iron: Make sure that the machine is at the origin, clean the tip of the soldering iron with moistened cleaning cotton, and turn off the power of the soldering iron after adding appropriate amount of tin protection.
  7. Soldering iron head: Wipe the entire soldering head with alcohol to clean out the rosin tin feeder that is volatilized during soldering. The length of the tin is consistent with the set value.
  8. Temperature correction: The displayed temperature is consistent with the measured temperature.
  9. Tin storage box: Clean up the residual tin in the tin storage box.
  10. Workbench: Clean up the residual rosin caused by rosin splash on the worktable.
  11. Body: Wipe the machine with a clean and dry cloth to keep the machine clean.
  12. Fans: The fans are running normally and the direction is correct.
  13. Guide rail: bearing should be clean-oiled-tightened.
  14. Grating: Calibrate the positions of the transmitting and receiving ends, and check whether the cable transfer part is loose.
  15. transmission belt: whether it is loose.
